By booking an appointment with Shaved by Grace Pet Grooming, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Appointments & Cancellations Appointments are required and subject to availability. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. No-shows or late cancellations may result in a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service.
2. Pet Health & Behavior Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or behavioral issues prior to your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service if a pet shows signs of illness, aggression, or poses a safety risk. In rare cases where a groom cannot be completed due to behavior or health concerns, you will only be charged for services rendered.
3. Matted Coats Pets with matted coats may require extra time, care, and a shave-down to prevent pain or injury. Additional fees will apply based on the severity of matting. We are not liable for minor nicks, irritation, or after-effects from removing severe matting.
4. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment and apply a late fee.
5. Pickup Policy We ask that pets be picked up within 30 minutes of notification. Late pickups may incur a holding fee.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee If you are not satisfied with your pet’s groom, please notify us at pick-up. We will provide a free touch-up, if appropriate.
7. Photography & Social Media We may photograph pets after grooming for our portfolio or social media. Let us know if you prefer not to have your pet featured.
